2. Non-Returnable Items

Items purchased on clearance/sale (unless defective)
Products that have been used, damaged by the customer, or altered after delivery

By Air : Request must be made within 7 days of delivery
By Sea : Request must be made within 14 days of delivery
4. Return Process

Ship the product back in original packaging with all tags and accessories.
Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or replacement.
5. Shipping Costs for Returns
If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
If returning for any other reason, the buyer is responsible for return shipping fees.
6. Refund Timeline
